Purchases & Refunds

Courses are available to purchase through our website. You will have the option to pay through either PayPal or Stripe. Payments information , such as credit or debit card details are provided by you to the relevant payment provider. We do not have access to this information.

You are paying for access to the training materials which include the videos to guide you through each section, Work and Excel templates and supporting workbooks and books. These are provided for the appropriate fee set out on the website at the time of purchase.

You are paying for access to the training materials, you are not paying for consultancy or other professional management services such as, mentoring, coaching etc. Funding Master through Project Master is not writing your plan or budget but giving you the tools to write your own plan or budget and we therefore cannot be held responsible for what you write, include or exclude or for whatever uses you use these documents later.

As you are paying for access to the training materials, once we continue to provide access ongoing access to the materials for at least 6 months from time of purchase, we deem that you are receiving full value for the contract entered into. That being said, we recognise that there can be unusual circumstances so if you wish to discuss the possibility of a refund please send us an email to and outline your issues and we will respond to you. Refunds can only be offered on a case-by-case basis.

Relating o Courses

Courses, or specifically access to the training materials, can be purchased through our website. Each module has at least one video. By playing the relevant video you will be brought through the materials needed to complete the section. You will be provided with the other necessary Word and Excel templates necessary to complete each section. We also provide a number of workbooks and supporting documentation to help you and give you additional information and context. You should be able to complete the programme on your own however support is available through sending an email outlining your issues to

Yes. If you do not set up an account with username and password you will not be able to sign into the website and access the course materials. You must set up an account with your username and password before paying for the course.
